This cable is the same as the TC2030-CTX-NL cable except it has a 20-pin Cortex connector compatible with IAR's I-Jet and Keil's ULINK pro and similar. The cable itself uses a ten pin ribbon cable and 6-pin TC2030 Tag-Connect footprint supporting ARM Cortex MCU's. Please refer to the TC2030-CTX-NL datasheet.

Tag-Connect’s TC2050-IDC-430-NL cable is a special version of the TC2050-IDC-NL Plug-of-Nails™ cable designed to be plugged directly into TI’s MSP-FET430 and is compatible with all MSP430 MCU’s.

The cable is fitted with a spring-pin Tag-Connector that conveniently plugs directly into your PCB and terminates in a 14-pin 0.1” ribbon connector that plugs directly into the FET430.

This 10-conductor cable has a TC2050 Tag-Connector on one end and a standard 14-pin ribbon connector on the other and is wired specifically for the TI MSP-FET430 debugger (and compatible MSP430 debuggers).
It is compatible with all MSP430 MCU’s.

Dies ist die längere (10" = 25,4cm) Version des TC2030-MCP-NL Kabels.

Achtung: die Länge überschreitet Microchip´s Spezifikation der maximal zulässigen Kabellänge von 8" und wird deshalb von Microchip nicht supported.
Die größere Kabellänge erleichtert allerdings die Anwendung und es sind dem Hersteller bisher keine Probleme in üblichen Einsatzszenarien bekannt geworden.
Da Microchip lediglich die maximale Länge des Programmierkabels aber nicht die Gesamtleistungslänge über den normaler Weise eingesetzten RJ12 Connector (welcher typischer Weise am Platinenrand platziert wird) spezifiziert, ist bei Einsatz des TC2030-MCP-NL eher eine Verkürzung der Leitungslänge zu verzeichnen.
